Folded or damaged tickets will not be accepted or refunded.

Single Journey Ticket (SJT) is valid only on the day of purchase.

Single Journey Ticket (SJT) will only be accepted for entry at the station where it was bought/ issued

Stored Value Ticket (SVT) is valid for six months from the date of purchase

Lost Ticket shall be charged with the maximum fare of Php 15.00

Passengers must exit within 75 minutes (allowable stay) from the time of entry. Additional charge eqivalent to the maximum fare shall be charged for overstaying

Children below 3 ft. are free from fare and those above 3 ft. will be charged full fare
