uy infairness bumilis na srbisyo ng MRT start ng last wik until now (morning service)...sna lgi pong ganun ang systema ninyo mabilis...well congratulation po mga Sir and Mam!
PIKUNAN
regular po akong commuter ng mrt. Suggestion lang po na sana magbigay naman sila ng mga guard para sa mga lumalabas ng tren, nagkakaroon po ng sakitan lalo na kapag siksikan.Alam ko na normal yung mgsiksikan pero dapat sana bawalin manlang yung mga sumasalubong sa pintuan mismo ng tren. Lagi po akong biktima sa ganyang sitwasyon npaka unfair po lalo n pag maliit kang tao pwde k nilang itulak paloob at sila pa may ganang manakit at mang away. sana po mag focus kayo sa ganitong sitwasyon lalo na sa buendia station lagi ako bumaba. Mdaming bastos at mga pikon na tao. Hinihiling ko po na maglagay kyo ng extra guard sa buendia station lalo na kapag uwian or kapag rush hour po. At take note wala po yatang pakialam ang guard sa mrt buendia station kahit nagkakaroon ng pikunan. . Meron po kasing sumipa sa akin sa mrt buendia station. Sana po mabigyan ng solusyon ang ganitong sitwasyon. Salamat po.
sistema sa pagsakay at pagbaba
Sana naman ay gumawa ng sistema ang management para maging maayos ang pagsakay at pagbaba sa mrt lalo na kung rush hour. palagi na lamang para kang nakikipagaway para makipagsiksikan gaano ka man kaaga dumating. sana naman ay gumawa ng mga linya para maging maayos ang pagsakay. sa pagbaba naman, bago ka pa makababa ay sasalubungin ka na ng nagsisiksikan na taong pasakay kung kayat kinakailangan mo pang makipagtulakan para lamang makababa kung hindi madadala ka ng daloy ng tao. Papano masasabing safe ang pagsakay sa mrt kung sa pagpasok mo pa lamang ay posible kang maitulak at madaganan ng mga taong nasa iyong likuran. Me mga pagkakataon na ito pa ang simula ng pagkakainitan ng mga sumasakay. Simple lang naman po ito sana naman ay magawan nyo kaagad ng paraan lalo na ngayon na dumarami ang sumasakay dito.

ang galing ng ginawa nyo...bravo...!!!! yun mababagal nalang umakyat ang problema he he.....
Security Guards dont ask male passengers to transfer
This has happened several times and now I would like to inform you in writing. On 6 June08,at around 520,Guadalupe SB, a S/G and I were standing at the platform when a woman with 2 male companions stood beside us. The men were standing directly beside him and the guard ( I dont understand why) left the platform and went to the entrance (where passengers insert their tickets).I went to the guard and told him"Di ba bawal ang lalaki dito?Bakit nandito to?" He answered "Me kasama pong babae eh". I said "Hindi naman buntis yung babae" It was then that he approached them and asked them to transfer. On 7 June,Sat around 620 am,Ortigas SB. As soon as I left the coach,I approached the Guard (who was on the elevated platform ) and told him there were 6 male pax who had no female companions at the female area. I saw him look (but without leaving the elevated platform)at the female area but did not do anything. I told him that they had no female companions.They had no ID. I approached S/G named REvilla,whom I asked to radio the guard at Shaw to ask those male passengers to transfer. He said yes but I dont know if he really did what I asked him. This has happened several times and these guards should know their duties. They should not be afraid to ask politely male passengers to transfer to the designated area and captains should also remind the passengers. I would like to commend the captain who always reminds male passengers to stay at the designated area. All captains should be like him. Security Guards should not be afraid to ask male passengers to transfer to the male area if they dont have kids or pregnant companions with them. Wag silang magbulag-bulagan, please Another thing, male passengers who have big bags are not very scrutinized by these guards while a lady passenger with a very small bag is treated like a terrorist. using flash passs (mrt3/lrt)
Ang maganda gawin u ay bumili ng flash pass ito ay available sa taft,shaw,cubao en north MRT3 Station (fri-mon). Magdala ng 1x1 picture I.D. en photo copy ng identification bk2bk plus P250.00. Meron n kw flash pass good 4 one week pwede n kaw sumakay mrt3-lrt 1 going lrt 2.

i have no idea kung pano gumamit ng mga vending machines/ ticket issuing machine i suggest mag g-pass ka na lang o kaya naman stored value o kaya naman flash pass para hassle free...
Complaint!
Hi, I was able to file the complaints form to Boni station and even texted Santy dela Cruz on 09164837398 but i haven't recieved any response at all. It happened way back 14th or 15th April when I'm rushing going to work. I'm always riding MRT and been one of your loyal passenger since then. I usually take out food from Jollibee etc., for me to eat when I arrived at work. What happened, I went to the swiping station but the lady guard didn't allow me to enter.She even shouted and embarrassed me to people falling in line to buy a card or to swipe it saying:"Kung gusto nyong pumasok, ubusin nyo po yan o kaya iwan nyo na lang!". So people started to laugh and stare to me like a pathetic person or a criminal. I can accept it if she was able to explain to me why and in a nice or professional way. I rushed looking for a supervisor, but 1 aggressive guards was threatening me. Even the supervisor Florante J. Punzalan is not even able to help me out. I feel very disgusted and DEHUMILIATED. I feel no dignity that time. He told me that it is the rule that needs to be followed,but to be honest I really don't know it. Where in that station rules are being posted??? I tried to call several times on the number 929-53-47 local 3079 but it is Emma or the nurse who was able to answer it. I'm a call center agent so I don't have luxury of time to resolve this. I was able to ride to the MRT shocked to see that there is a beautiful lady who is sipping the same Jollibee drinks jollibee. She also came from the same station where i'm always riding (near GMA 7). Then, from Cubao, a daughter of an old lady was drinking softdrinks in a plastic. So, how can you explain this to me??! Another thing, area for boys or girls are not even followed. Guards are very aggressive, unprofessional and petics. Please, be clear with your rules. IS it posted inside the comfort room?/? I haven't read it nor seen it! My umbrella was even left on the office of Mr. Punzalan and I left the drinks frustratedly. Imagine,everything is getting high but my money was wasted that time. I'm very late that will impact my salary,worked that time so stressed and it happened befor my 20th birthday,april 16! Because of this, if I will not recieve any response, I think I will really complain you guys or I will report this to IMbestigador. I want compensation regarding this. sa fastfood ka na lang kumain.
dapat sa fastfood ka na lang kumain and umalis ka ng maaga sa bahay nyo ng hindi ka nagmamadali. sa opisina nyo siguro may regulasyon din kayong sinusunod. ganun din dito sa mrt. dapat sundin mo kung ano ang regulasyon. kung may nakita ka mang nakalusot na sinasabi mong kumakain sa loob ng train, baka naman naghahanap ka lang ng lusot. or defense mechanism mo lang yan. hirap sayo, sakay ka ng sakay ng mrt pero ayaw mo ng regulasyon nila. sa call center ka pala work, malaki naman sweldo mo, buy ka na lang ng sarili mong sasakyan para kahit ano gawin mo walang magbabawal sayo. sabi mo hindi ka kuntento sa sagot sayo ng supervisor, ano ba ang gusto mong marinig yung ikaw ang papaboran. sana nag-iisip ka rin na ginagawa lang nila ang trabaho nila at pinaiiral kung ano ang nasa regulasyon.
